立方制药2月10日午间公告，公司近日收到国家药监局下发的非奈利酮原料药上市申请《受理通知书》。非奈利酮是一种新型、非甾体类、选择性盐皮质激素受体拮抗剂（MRA），其制剂用于与2型糖尿病相关的慢性肾病成人患者，可降低肾小球滤过率估计值（eGFR）持续下降、终末期肾病的风险。
