上证报中国证券网讯（记者 骆民）高伟达公告，公司拟以自有资金通过集中竞价交易方式进行股份回购，回购的股份将用于注销并减少注册资本。本次用于回购的资金总额不低于3000万元，不超过3500万元，回购价格不超过30.64元/股。
