2月9日，飞凯材料在互动平台表示，公司光纤光缆涂覆材料主要用于光纤光缆制造过程，其核心作用是保护光导玻璃纤维免受外界环境影响、保持其足够的机械强度和光学性能。对于AI数据中心所需的多模特种光纤，其对涂覆材料耐温性、折射率稳定性等提出了更严苛的要求，公司相关涂覆材料产品具备适配潜力，具体应用需视下游客户的工艺要求而定。而空芯光纤在目前市场上尚未大批量投入工业应用，目前对公司光纤涂覆材料的销量影响不大。
