2月9日，鑫宏业（301310）发布公告，公司与上海鸿富私募基金管理有限公司及其他合伙人签署了《青岛晶德创业投资合伙企业（有限合伙）有限合伙协议》，拟共同投资设立投资基金，规模为2146万元人民币。公司以自有资金认缴出资1500万元人民币，出资比例为69.8975%，为合伙企业的有限合伙人。
2025年前三季度，鑫宏业实现收入26.40亿元，归母净利润9397万元。
