财联社2月9日电，午后半导体设备股持续走强，亚翔集成、圣晖集成涨停，光力科技、仕净科技涨超10%，华峰测控、美埃科技、矽电股份、柏诚股份等跟涨。消息面上，半导体行业协会(SIA)数据显示，2025年行业总销售为7917亿美元，预计2026年还将增长26%。SIA首席执行官表示，市场达到1万亿美元里程碑的速度远快于最初预期。
