2月6日，湖南邵阳，两名印度籍飞饼师傅被认定为外籍专家，并每人发放1000元慰问费，引发网友关注。邵东市科工局工作人员接受采访称，确有发放相关费用，但外籍专家的认定和钱款来源都是邵阳市科技局，“我们只是经办单位，也在等邵阳科技局的答复”。
