2月6日，厦门象屿（600057）发布公告，公司拟发行规模不超过100亿元的公司债券，期限不超过10年。
公告指出，本次债券的募集资金扣除发行费用后拟用于偿还公司债务、补充流动资金等法律法规允许的用途。
2025年前三季度，厦门象屿实现收入3168.65亿元，归母净利润16.33亿元。
