财联社2月6日电，爱旭股份公告，公司与Maxeon签订《专利许可协议》，公司获得Maxeon过往以及未来5年内新增单独或共同拥有的除美国以外的所有BC电池及组件专利授权，且不涉及反向授权。本次专利许可费总计人民币16.50亿元，公司将于未来5年内分期支付，首年许可费为人民币2.50亿元。
