康泰生物2月6日公告，公司董事会于近日收到公司副总裁于冰的书面辞职报告。于冰因个人原因申请辞去公司副总裁职务，辞职报告自送达董事会之日起生效。于冰辞去上述职务后，仍在公司担任其他职务。
