2月6日，隆达股份（688231）发布公告，近日收到公司非独立董事、副总经理浦燕、副总经理周向东及总工程师王世普的辞职报告，因公司内部工作调整，三人申请辞职。辞职后，三人将继续在公司任职。
公司于2026年2月6日召开董事会，审议通过了选举王博为非独立董事候选人及聘任王博为副总经理、总工程师的议案，任期至第二届董事会届满。
2025年前三季度，隆达股份实现收入13.10亿元，归母净利润7095万元。
