当地时间2月5日，美国欧洲司令部表示，美俄同意恢复高级别军事对话，此次恢复对话是在阿联酋与俄罗斯和乌克兰高级军事官员会晤后达成的。美国欧洲司令部并未明确就俄美恢复高级别军事对话事宜作出进一步说明。
