昊创瑞通（301668）发布公告，宣布于2026年2月5日召开职工大会，经过与会职工民主选举，魏改革被选举为公司第三届董事会职工董事。
魏改革将与公司在2026年第一次临时股东会选举产生的8名非职工董事共同组成第三届董事会，任期为三年。
2025年前三季度，昊创瑞通实现收入6.93亿元，归母净利润9230万元。
