2月5日，华能国际（600011/00902）发布公告，公司已于近日完成2026年度第二期中期票据的发行，发行额为20亿元人民币，期限为2+N年，发行利率为1.87%。该中期票据属于能源保供特别债，募集资金将全部用于偿还相关债务。
2025年前三季度，华能国际实现收入1729.75亿元，归母净利润148.41亿元。
