2月5日，跃岭股份（002725）发布公告，控股股东深圳杰思金材科技有限公司将其持有的6288万股股份全部质押，占其所持股份的100%及公司总股本的24.5606%；截至公告披露日，杰思金材累计质押股份数量占其所持股份比例已超过80%。
2025年前三季度，跃岭股份实现收入4.84亿元，归母净利润1978万元。
