智通财经APP讯，奥翔药业(603229.SH)发布公告，近日，公司合作伙伴STADAArzneimittel AG(简称“STADA”)的子公司 Spirig HealthCare AG 收到瑞士药品管理局核准签发的枸橼酸托法替布片上市许可。
枸橼酸托法替布片是全球首个获批的口服 Janus 激酶抑制剂，属于靶向合成改善病情抗风湿药。它通过抑制细胞内 JAK 信号通路，调节免疫反应，主要用于治疗类风湿关节炎、银屑病关节炎及强直性脊柱炎等自身免疫性疾病。
