2月4日晚，针对此前“好想来” 礼泉一门店怀疑女孩偷窃一事，涉事门店发布道歉信称，由于工作人员的处理不当，给女孩造成了心理伤害，向女孩及其家人致歉。同时承诺对门店进行彻底整改，加强全员培训，杜绝此类事情再次发生。
