观点网讯：2月4日，视觉中国公告称，公司全资子公司视觉香港拟签署由基金管理人Wonderland International Asset Management Limited管理的Wonder Fund 3 OFC及其子基金Wonder Sub-Fund A的认购协议，视觉香港拟出资170万美金认购标的基金56.67%的基金份额。
视觉中国表示，投资标的基金旨在通过专业化、市场化的基金运作方式，布局大模型等前沿人工智能技术领域。基金重点投向大模型相关企业，有助于公司紧密跟踪技术演进方向，深化在文生视频等多模态大模型领域的认知与协同。
