电科数字2月4日公告，公司董事会于近日收到公司董事长、法定代表人江波及董事于开勇的书面辞职报告。江波因工作变动原因申请辞去公司董事长、董事等职务，同时不再担任公司法定代表人。于开勇因工作变动原因申请辞去公司董事职务。江波、于开勇辞职后将不再担任公司任何职务，辞职自辞职报告送达公司董事会之日起生效。
