2月4日，电科数字（600850）发布公告，董事长江波及董事于开勇于2026年2月3日因工作变动提前辞职。
江波辞去董事长、法定代表人及董事会相关职务，原定任期至2026年3月16日；于开勇辞去董事及相关职务，原定任期同样至2026年3月16日。两人辞职后不再担任公司任何职务。
2025年前三季度，电科数字实现收入75.63亿元，归母净利润2.55亿元。
