人民财讯2月4日电，银邦股份(300337)2月4日公告，公司2月3日收到HOLTEC ASIA PRIVATE LIMITED（简称“Holtec”）公司《销售订单》，公司将根据Holtec的实际经营计划，向其供应铝钢复合材料和铝铝复合材料产品。订单金额（不含税）预计约2.8亿元，订单履行期限2年。订单的顺利履行将提升公司2026年及2027年的营业收入和营业利润。
