2月4日，中信银行（601998/00998）发布公告，公司拟向全资子公司中信金融租赁有限公司现金增资20亿元。本次增资完成后，中信金租注册资本将由人民币100亿元增加至120亿元，本行仍持有中信金租100%股权。
公告中提到，截至2025年9月30日，中信金租资产总额1129.28亿元，负债总额996.71亿元，净资产132.58亿元，资产负债率达88.26%；2025年前三季度实现营业净收入16.64亿元，净利润11.84亿元。
