粤进深 严明会 据乐有家研究中心数据监测显示，2026年1月，深圳一二手住宅累计网签7860套，环比上涨0.4%。
其中，一手住宅网签2579套，环比下降10.7%，同比下降49.3%，成交走弱主要系新房受年底供应放缓影响。
二手住宅网签5281套，环比上涨6.9%，同比上涨16%，创2025年5月以来的新高。
同时，二手房价也呈现企稳迹象，1月深圳二手住宅成交均价5.78万元/㎡，环比上涨0.5%，已经连续2月上涨。
