格隆汇2月1日丨宝积资本(08168.HK)公告，董事会获公司一名控股股东(定义见GEM上市规则)Access Cheer Limited("Access Cheer")告知，其近期已于2026年2月1日向合共8位个人出售合共506,350,000股公司股份，相当于于本公告日期公司已发行股本总数的约42.03%。紧随出售事项完成后，Access Cheer不再持有任何股份。
