北京商报讯（记者 李晗）2月1日，中指研究院发布数据显示，1月，全国100个城市新建住宅平均价格约为1.71万元/平方米，环比上涨0.18%。从涨跌城市个数看，24个城市环比上涨，72个城市环比下跌，4个城市持平。同比来看，全国100个城市新建住宅平均价格同比上涨2.52%。全国100个城市二手住宅平均价格为1.29万元/平方米，环比下跌0.85%，跌幅较上月收窄0.12个百分点。
