新世界发展(0017.HK)今日盘初一度涨近12%，报12.45港元，股价创2023年11月以来新高。
消息面上，有媒体称，美国私募基金黑石集团(Blackstone)将入股新世界发展，并会成为最大股东。对此，新世界发展周四发公告，表示已向控股股东周大福企业查询，得悉有若干潜在投资者与公司进行洽谈，但至今未就投资金额、性质及形式达成任何协议。
