重庆市沙坪坝区市场监督管理局1月30日通报：近日，网传“重庆一饭店使用阴阳菜单”，我局高度重视，第一时间开展调查核实，现就有关情况通报如下。
经查，消费者举报的该饭店使用标价不一致的两种菜单行为属实，立案调查已终结，责令该饭店停业整顿，退还费用，并根据调查情况依法依规严肃处理。
