财联社1月30日电，据新华社报道，美国总统特朗普29日表示，鉴于严寒天气，俄罗斯总统普京已同意一周内暂停对乌克兰首都基辅及其他城镇的空袭。特朗普当天在白宫举行的内阁会议上说，乌克兰正遭受“极度严寒”，“我亲自请求普京总统在一周内不要向基辅及其他城镇开火。他同意了”。
