1月29日，浙江省温州市中级人民法院收到最高人民法院的刑事裁定书和执行死刑命令后，依法对明国平、明珍珍、周卫昌、巫鸿明、吴森龙、傅雨彬等11名罪犯宣判并执行死刑。临刑前，罪犯的近亲属进行了会见。
