格隆汇1月28日丨星星集团(01560.HK)宣布，于2026年1月28日(「授出日期」)，公司根据其于2016年6月27日采纳之购股权计划，向若干合资格人士(「承受人」)授出3410万份可认购公司股本中最多合共3410万股每股面值0.01港元之普通股股份之购股权，惟须待承受人接纳，并于接纳购股权时支付1.00港元后方可作实。
