1月28日，海峡创新（300300）发布公告，公司预计2025年归母净利润1亿元至1.5亿元，同比增长1660.56%至2540.85%；预计扣非净亏损9800万元至1.45亿元。
2025年，公司归母净利润预计较上年同期有所增长，其中非经常性损益影响金额约为2亿元至3亿元，主要系公司于2025年6月至12月通过减持持有的部分蜂助手（301382）股票。
2025年前三季度，海峡创新实现收入9206万元，归母净利润-1724万元。
