北京商报讯（记者 蔺雨葳）1月28日，中国证监会国际合作司发布的备案通知书显示，岚图汽车科技股份有限公司以介绍方式在香港联合交易所上市的事项已获备案。
岚图汽车是东风汽车集团旗下高端新能源汽车品牌，此次采用介绍上市方式，不涉及新股发行，无募集资金。
