事情得从1月中旬那事儿说起。1月15号美国突然扔出个“对台贸易协议”，明眼人一看就知道是“薅羊毛”：让台湾掏5000亿美元去美国投资，自己就把出口关税从20%降到15%，连台积电都被点名“威胁”，说不赴美建厂就收100%惩罚性关税。这哪儿是合作啊，分明是逼着台湾“割肉”！
