智通财经APP讯，中华燃气(08246)发布公告，罗申美会计师事务所已辞任本公司核数师，自2026年1月27日起生效，原因为本公司与罗申美未能就截至2026年3月31日止财政年度的审计费用水平达成共识。
董事会进一步宣布，容诚香港已获委任为本公司新核数师，自2026年1月27日起生效，以填补罗申美辞任后的临时空缺，任期至本公司下届股东周年大会结束为止。
