近日，西安4盘473套房源陆续价格公示。
本批次价格公示项目基本上都距离二环较近，如东二环东侧幸福林带板块的汇兴匠作金地长缨赋、北二环内的融投汉璟台、东2.5环位置的万科东望、西二环与西三环中间位置的汉城壹号。
价格公示的473套房源，面积区间主集中在79-142㎡之间，其中含多套约103㎡、约107㎡房源，备案价最低12494元/㎡，最高19422元/㎡，总价区间100-334万元。
