近日，万东医疗发布公告称，公司董事长马赤兵因个人原因于2026年1月25日辞去董事长、董事及其他相关职务同时，公司于2026年1月26日召开董事会，选举王建国为新任董事长，任期自会议审议通过之日起至董事会任期届满。
王建国拥有丰富的管理经验，曾在美的集团担任多个高管职务，现任美的集团执行董事及执行总裁等。
