1月27日，针对此前有门店被指将掉落地上的面包捡起来继续售卖，好利来官方小程序客服回复称，经自查，本批次产品门店已全部销毁。公司始终严令禁止销售残次、污染类产品，对此次事件深感抱歉与自责，后续将加强培训，杜绝此类问题再次发生。
