近日，内蒙古自治区阿拉善盟中级人民法院发布了一则布告，引发关注。罪犯张某海（生于1990年5月）犯故意杀人罪，连杀两人，后果严重，被判处死刑。1月26日，内蒙古自治区阿拉善盟中级人民法院工作人员回应媒体，张某海已被枪决。
