深冬时节，在山东枣庄峄城区底阁镇，渔民们正在破冰、拉网，捕获的鲜鱼经过分拣后，将迅速发往徐州、济南、北京等地春节市场。当地利用治理后的塌陷水面，采用“以鱼净水、以水养鱼”的生态养殖模式，实现了生态与经济效益的双丰收。
