1月26日，上海瀚讯（300762）发布公告，董事会于近日收到胡世平辞职报告，因工作安排原因申请辞去公司总经理职务，其原定任期至第四届董事会届满。辞职后，胡世平仍继续担任公司董事长及其他相关职务。
公司于2026年1月25日召开董事会，审议通过聘任叶斌为总经理，任期自董事会审议通过之日起至本届董事会任期届满。
2025年前三季度，上海瀚讯实现收入3.05亿元，归母净利润-4816万元。
