1月26日，二六三（002467）发布公告，预计2025年度归母净利润将亏损2.2亿元至3.2亿元，较上年同期盈利6854万元大幅下降。扣除非经常性损益后的净利润预计亏损2亿元至2.95亿元，基本每股收益预计亏损0.16元/股至0.23元/股，上年同期为盈利0.05元/股。
业绩变动的主要原因是公司前期收购资产形成的直播业务资产组、VOIP及IPTV资产组存在商誉减值迹象，需要计提商誉减值损失。
2025年前三季度，二六三实现收入5.91亿元，归母净利润7583万元。
