《科创板日报》26日讯，高盛最新报告指出，DRAM市场正出现罕见的价格失衡现象，现货价格相对合约价格出现巨大溢价，其中DDR4现货价较合约价高出172%、DDR5亦达76%。高盛直言，这种剪刀差在过往周期中极不可持续，最终几乎只剩下一条路，即合约价格被迫大幅补涨。 (台湾工商时报)
