北京商报讯（记者 刘一博 冯若男）1月23日晚间，江苏洋河酒厂股份有限公司（以下简称"洋河股份"）发布《关于现金分红回报规划（2025年度—2027年度）的公告》显示，在满足《公司章程》利润分配政策的前提下，2025年度—2027 年度，公司每年度现金分红总额不低于当年实现归属于上市公司股东净利润的100%。现金分红具体方案由公司董事会拟定，经公司股东会审议通过后实施。
