格隆汇1月22日丨*ST东易(002713.SZ)公布，收到公司股东天津东易天正投资有限公司（简称“东易天正”）及其一致行动人陈辉先生出具的《关于放弃表决权的承诺函》，东易天正不可撤销地放弃其所持东易日盛67,738,128股股份对应的表决权，陈辉先生不可撤销地放弃其所持东易日盛5,711,520股股份对应的表决权。
