中金公司（601995/03908）发布公告，2026年1月22日，因工作调整，徐翌成不再担任公司管理委员会成员职务，并不再代为履行公司财务负责人职责，转任公司资深专家。
同时，公司董事会决定聘任王曙光为新的财务负责人，自董事会审议通过之日起生效。王曙光未持有公司股票，且与公司的董事、高级管理人员、实际控制人及持股5%以上的股东不存在关联关系，符合相关任职条件。
