1月22日，玲珑轮胎（601966）发布公告，公司决定终止此前筹划的发行H股股票并于香港联交所主板上市的事项。
公告中提到，鉴于当前宏观经济环境、公司自身实际情况、发展规划，以及结合资本市场环境变化等多重因素的综合考量，决定终止发行H股赴港上市。
2025年前三季度，玲珑轮胎实现收入181.61亿元，归母净利润11.67亿元。
