格隆汇1月21日丨中国天保集团(01427.HK)宣布，陈竹获委任为独立非执行董事，自2026年1月21日起生效。于上述独立非执行董事变更后，董事局亦宣布，陈竹已获委任为董事局审核委员会、董事局薪酬委员会、董事局提名委员会、董事局投资决策委员会及董事局战略规划委员会各自之成员，自2026年1月21日起生效。
