财联社1月21日电，利嘉阁地产研究部主管陈海潮表示，初步预期2026年香港一手私宅买卖登记量可较去年再涨逾一成，向上挑战2.2万宗水平，连升4年，创22年新高，预计登记金额亦相应增加近15%，至约2560亿港元，有机会刷新历史新高。
