国家海洋预报台根据《海洋灾害应急预案》继续发布海浪蓝色警报。受冷空气的影响，预计1月21日下午到22日下午，东海、钓鱼岛附近海域、台湾海峡、南海东北部将出现3到5米的大浪到巨浪区；上海、浙江、福建近岸海域将出现2到3.3米的中浪到大浪，近岸海域海浪预警级别为蓝色。请在上述海域作业的船只注意安全，沿海各有关单位提前采取防浪避浪措施。
