1月21日，ST名家汇（300506）发布公告，董事会秘书李海荣因个人工作岗位职责发生变动辞去董事会秘书职务，但仍继续担任公司董事、副总裁。
公司于2026年1月21日召开董事会，审议通过了王伟为新任董事会秘书的议案，任期自本次董事会审议通过之日起至第五届董事会任期届满。
2025年前三季度，ST名家汇实现收入1.06亿元，归母净利润-1.13亿元。
