【存储芯片概念延续强势 盈方微2连板】财联社1月21日电，存储芯片概念延续强势，盈方微2连板，普冉股份、佰维存储、江波龙、香农芯创、兆易创新、恒烁股份、大为股份跟涨。消息面上，美股闪迪涨8%，再创历史新高。花旗集团将闪迪目标股价从280美元上调至490美元，将希捷科技目标股价从320美元上调至385美元。
